Judd Waddell knows how to make a bride her most beautiful. His easy cut gowns glide over a bride’s shape in some of the most polished looks this season. Beautifully cut weightless organza layers flow over a strapless fit and flare gown. Soft tones of Rose (a very delicate peach) and Blush give girls the option of trying color that never feels overpowering. A tip-of-the-shoulder neckline in Alencon lace flatters one of the most beautiful parts of any woman, her décolletage and shoulders.
Waddell also knows that brides want to remain pretty, poised and unencumbered by their wedding gown and accessories, which is why, season after season, he turns out dresses in silhouettes that brilliantly define the female form without any overt, over-the-top sexiness. After all, this is your wedding day--the striptease comes later! We loved his take on lingerie dressing with a Chantilly lace-covered and boned corset bodice and full tulle ball skirt. In true Waddell style, this gown hints at the cheeky underwear as outerwear look while remaining understated and romantic.
Waddell also added some unique beading and embroidery to his line up for Fall 2012. We loved his silk organza A-line ball gown that barely hints at a pale nude tone in the all-over floral embroidery, as well as his gorgeous cream Peau de Soie ball gown with a faux-swagged jeweled lace bodice. A showstopper!
