This South American designer certainly knows a thing or two about dressing brides today. Miranda’s signature unique fabrics defined a collection that would delight any bride-to-be. A modern corded, cutout floral lace was a bold take on traditional lace and had an almost web-like appeal. It sat lightly over an organza A-line ball gown (the Carolina) and a pretty tulle mermaid (the Isabella).
Miranda’s Danielle dress approached lace in a sexier way with a shapely low-cut bodice covered in swirly beaded Chantilly lace. Delicate leafy straps found their way over the shoulder and down the back. The collection featured plenty of playful straps that added a special touch to her dresses and updated the classic strapless gown look.
We also loved Miranda’s Valeria dress in a geometrically patterned Guipure lace over tulle. The juxtaposition of a heavier, corded lace makes for a beautiful contrast over an A-line tulle shape.
