Entertaining Essentials For The Space or Budget Challenged

Entertaining Essentials For The Space or Budget Challenged

I haven’t always been fortunate enough to live in a spacious Manhattan loft. There have been times in my life when I’ve been squeezed for room, squeezed for cabinets, squeezed for just about everything (except, of course, style!). I remember living on 54th Street and having a small galley kitchen. Although crammed for space, I still had twelve over for dinner and served a delicious stew or a curry- a one-pot wonder, with a big dose of chic! If you’re a recent college graduate, or a couple just starting out in a city where space is hard to come by, here are a few essentials to start you off on an elegant foot.
