Fabulous Idea No. 42

Make a sophisticated impact with a boutonniere fashioned out of a single purple Calla lily.
Colin Miller

Good Evening, Mr. Bond: The boutonniere is all about the details that make it appear masculine while also complementing the bride’s bouquet. Here, a single purple Calla lily is architecturally wrapped in a blade of grass for a look that is beautifully modern.

I suggest that every groom’s boutonniere be made twice. Wear one version during the ceremony and the beginning of the reception. As the time comes to cut the cake and make a toast, swap it out for the crisp back-up. What could be more 007 than celebrating until dawn with a fresh-looking boutonniere?
